Return/ Exchange Policy

We have a14-day grace periodfor returns or exchanges from the day the customer receives his or her dance shoes. Shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition with all included accessories such as shoe bags and the box they come in. Under certain circumstances, some returns are allowed after the 14-day grace period, but there will be a US$15.00 restocking fee applied. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE will we accept any merchandise that is soiled or used in any way. CD's, DVD's, dance wear, and accessories such as, brushes, heel caps, suede soles, and insoles are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are placed on clearance, ordered as a special order (see below), or offered as a featured style of the month are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Online customers who wish to do a return or exchange must ship the shoes they received back to the following return address:

A copy of the receipt must be included with the shoes along with a note as to the reason for the return. For an exchange, simply write down the style and size you wish to exchange for on the receipt. If there is any discrepancy in price for the exchange, we will adjust the total charge to the customer accordingly.


The postage for returning the shoes to us is the responsibility of the customer and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Only the original price of the shoe(s) on the invoice plus any additional tax is refunded.

Customers who are requesting an exchange do not need to pay the shipping charge for the first exchange. Any discrepancy in the price will be adjusted accordingly. We will charge shipping and handling fee for any exchange after the first one.

Special Orders and Back Orders

All special orders are FINAL SALESand cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes all custom made shoes, dance apparels, and shoes that are not part of our regular store inventory. The delivery time for orders will vary among different brands and the time of the year when the ordered is placed. If you wish to place a special order with a deadline, it is VERY IMPORTANT that we are aware of the date you must have the shoes! Sometimes special orders will be placed on backorder, discontinued, or delayed without our knowledge, a time frame of when the shoes are needed will help us tremendously in determining what actions to take to assure the timely arrival of your order. We will notify our customers if there is any delay in the orders.

Here are the general expected wait times for the brands we carry. If the style/color/size is on back order, the availability will depend on the manufacturers.  Keep in mind that oversea brands will take longer time than the US brands to order.

2 to 4 weeks:

Go Go Dance Shoes, Stephanie Dance Shoes, Capezio, Very Fine Dance Shoe

4 to 6 weeks:

International, Supadance, Dancelife, Ray Rose, Aida

6 to 8 weeks:
